At Vivara we believe that strong visual storytelling makes the difference. As a Multimedia Designer & Visual Content Specialist, you translate ideas and campaigns into visual content that inspires and engages people.
From banners to catalogues, from infographics to packaging — you help communicate our message in a clear, attractive and impactful way.
You’ll collaborate with experienced designers, marketing colleagues and external partners. This role offers the opportunity to further develop your creative skills while contributing directly to increasing biodiversity, through the visuals you create.
Your Role
In this role, you combine multimedia design with professional visual asset management. You translate briefs into strong visual assets for both print and digital channels, ensure brand consistency, and manage photo and video assets so they are properly organised, applied and reused.
You will work closely with marketing, content, e-commerce and external partners.
What will you do?
Multimedia Design
• Design, develop and update:
o Catalogues and mini brochures
o Webshop banners and social media visuals
o Product infographics
o Advertisements
o Presentations
o Packaging and POS materials
• Create infographics, animations and short videos that inform, inspire and encourage action
• Support the marketing, content and e-commerce teams with visual assets
• Contribute to larger projects such as POS materials, trade shows and campaigns
• Maintain brand identity and visual consistency across all outputs
• Guide and support a junior designer
Visual Asset Management (Photo & Video)
• Manage, structure and optimise photo and video libraries
• Select, edit and prepare visual assets for different channels (online, print and POS)
• Upload, tag and organise assets correctly within systems
• Ensure visual assets remain up-to-date, easy to find and correctly used
• Coordinate and collaborate with external photographers and videographers
Projects & Processes
• Work in a project-based way: plan, prioritise and monitor deadlines
• Coordinate with stakeholders and colleagues on progress and decisions
• Help improve workflows, tools and design standards
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement of visual assets and outputs
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools and visual marketing techniques
Who are we looking for?
You are a visually strong professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience, combining creativity with organisation and ownership.
You have:
• Experience in multimedia / graphic design
• Experience with image editing and visual asset management
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere / After Effects is a plus)
• Knowledge of both print and digital production techniques
• Experience managing photo libraries and visual archives
• Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus)

• Position: Multimedia Designer & Visual Content Specialist
• Hours: 36–40 hours per week (to be agreed)
• Location: Flexible working, with several days per week at our office (Venray or Utrecht)
